Who can receive in-home health care?
In addition to the elderly, many people are injured, ill, or disabled at some point and may require help with day-to-day activities. We also provide services to medically fragile children, helping the patient and helping their family care for their child. At Kinder Hearts Home Health and Hospice, we work to help anyone age, recuperate or live life to the fullest in the comfort of their own home.
Who is Hospice for?
If you, or someone you love, is facing end of life decisions, we can help you stay in the comfort of your own home during the end of your life.
Are your home care services covered through Medicare, Medicaid or insurance?
Kinder Hearts Home Health and Hospice participates in most insurance plans, including:
- Medicare (covers 100% of your home health or hospice care)
- Medicare Advantage
- Medicaid
- United Healthcare
- Most commercial insurances
- Private pay
Is your agency licensed?
