We provide family-centered care in general pediatrics, rehabilitation, and well-baby care. Our Pediatric Home Care can also address the special needs of technology-dependent and at-risk children through age 21.

- Skilled Pediatric Nursing – RN & LVN
- Comprehensive Care Program (CCP) private duty services for Medicaid eligible
- Medically Dependent Children Program (MDCP) respite care and skilled nursing

Our experienced team of registered nurses, professional therapists and medical social workers work hand-in-hand with families to create a plan of care that is entirely unique to your child’s situation. Through education and instruction, we provide support to parents working to maintain their child’s health and general well-being. Our objective is to provide families with the knowledge and skills needed to safely and independently care for their child at home. Parents will have 24-hour access to a registered nurse to answer questions and concerns about their child’s health and care.
